Life of the Party [Willow] Empty
PostSubject: Life of the Party [Willow]   Life of the Party [Willow] Icon_minitimeTue Jul 15, 2014 6:09 pm

Not my best. Sorry. :c

A man's shadow crept quietly along the wall, stretching to it's finest and perfectly shaping the body which it owned. It's back was tiredly arched while his neck rose still to face the window, jaw locked by it's natural form. He held his hands beneath his chin, holding it as a source of support against the small table with propped, lean muscled elbows. One hand felt the need to run over his lower face and mouth while his eyes flitted back and forth to where the window lay. The pitter-pattering of rain slid along it's glass surface, making a silent tapping noise against the slight creaking of his wooden table chair. He licked his chapped lips once, as it was summer, and the dry heat had given him the disadvantage of possessing a purely hydrated mouth. His hair stood up in mild strands. It was not it's usual slick, shape, considering he had woken up too early into his nap to even fix it. The Brigadier remembered coming home - to say the least, the rest was a bit of a blur form what he could recall. There were some images of him walking in and putting his things down, which consisted of only his side-bag and the reigns of his mare out in the kingdom stables, that much was constructed due to the fact they rested on the ground by the door. That much he did know, or at least thought he did. He must've been so tired that he collapsed over the living room couch nearest to his fire-place, because that was where he had awoken instead of his cozy bed not far up the stairs. A bit of stubble scratched beneath the flesh of his fingers, but he didn't mind. He clawed it gently until it was then relieved of it's common itch and stood to come a little closer to the house's front, large window. The clouds still gladly held the shade of light behind them, but were pigmented by a dark grey, which he assumed was produced by the sudden rain in the forecast. It had been long since he had seen a good rain after all. The lands were in dire need of it, he thought, and with that, flowers will probably bloom in the morning once the rain had died. Maybe his variety-filled garden out back would appear a tad lively again, then.

He wore the same thing as always when he worked. Connor easy took the style of a casual man, but tended to have a bit of class tied somewhere within the mix on certain occasions. That evening, he sported a pair of khaki colored pants that fitted more closely to his ankles, a dark brown pelt to hold them together, as well as white Vans to match. As for a top, he through on a neat, light red dress shirt that buttoned up and collared at the top, so then he could always match a tie with it. He of course had already taken off his tie when he came home, he presumed, as it was laying across the room and he found no need to retie it back on. Connor willingly fixed his hair, using a little bit of gel to spike up the front into a nice swoop near the rest of his head. Ears of course were perched high on his cranium, alert for absolute no reason, but not finding a reason at all to be dismissed, either. The tom picked up his phone and texted his Queen if they were still on for the night, as he had arranged plans earlier that week, after the meeting, regarding another date. Now that they had kissed, he thought it would be a better idea to have another event placed beneath them, and perhaps more affections were soon to come, he hoped severely for. Once it was sent, he put down his phone and headed to the bathroom to brush his teeth and put in his contacts. He hated the idea of wearing glasses, despised it even. Unfortunately, when he went to put one of the contacts at his eye, he leaned in too close over the sink and it felt from his fingertip into the drain. "No!" he cried, trying to wedge his finger into the little pile in order to get it out, sighing and then whining helplessly to himself. He cursed under his breath and held his face in his hands in pure disappointment. What was he going to do now? Lips pursed, he eyed the case where his glasses lay and desperately held back the urge to grab them. If he did, he'd be able to see, if he didn't, he'd be blind for the rest of the evening. Sighing, he took out his glasses and put them on. The frames were large, square-like in description, and completely black. His vision of course cleared once he put them on, but where only filled with a shard of sadness to what he saw in the mirror across from him. He pouted his lip out and carried himself down the stairs, grabbing his phone and shoving it into his pocket before fetching his keys from the hook by the door. He looked for an umbrella big enough to suit two people, putting it up to block the rain from his head and walking out to where his car rested in the garage.

Once he got in the car and started it up, he put away the umbrella, but didn't tie it because he knew he would only have to get it back out again, and pulled out of the building back onto the beaten path made from man. He lived not far from the Queen, as were a lot of the higher others. Not that he had to worry about that, he was the only one that had gained rank within these lands. It was a sad thought to remind himself of, but everyone had their kicks and traits to help them, and he had his own intentions as well. Rank was just a myth to him between the Queen and him, she would always be his leader, that was not it, it was that she was more than just his leader to him. She was more than anything to him, in fact. After taking the long way there, Connor eventually drove to the side of the road in front of her large cottage's sidewalk so that she didn't have to walk around to get into the car. He got out, umbrella up and spread atop his head to shield the rain falling down, and walked to the front door quietly. The anticipation was dawning on him the more steps he took until he got to the door and under the small awning the roof had left over. Biting his bottom lip, he fixed his hair nervously and stood neatly before it, closing his eyes once to remind himself that things were going to be okay, then he remembered the glasses. Damn. Here goes nothing, he thought. Knocking twice, he took a step back and offered room for her to come out. He waited patiently, and knew he would wait until she was finished in order to attend their plans. Then he rang the doorbell in case she did not hear, the melodic tune chiming on the inside to alarm the owner's attention to which someone was at their doorstep. And without a doubt, the Neko still smiled.

Life of the Party [Willow] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Life of the Party [Willow]   Life of the Party [Willow] Icon_minitimeWed Jul 16, 2014 8:59 am

It was but a slim piece of paper and yet it held everything. Everything to find the missing piece even when it was already found. It was in the ground, buried and paying the debt of life the earth had placed upon it. So many a time she had gone over these documents to the point where she wondered why she hadn’t caught this little detail until now. She was in the slightest bit of denial that it was even true, that the family she thought dead wasn’t so dead after all. Among the mesh of people somewhere there was another. Again Willow wondered how she had not seen this; it was both depressing and exciting all at one time. She felt quite foolish having freed someone she didn’t even know had existed but should have held so dear to her heart as soon as she could. But then again he never told her and she wasn’t sure anyone knew at all. They weren’t among the others, whoever they were. All she was given was a name that she wasn’t even sure the exact gender of. Somewhere in the background her stereo played softly, a man singing of love and the color yellow. She was sure she’d find the song meaningful or even beautiful had she been concentrating a bit more. But with this news she could not. The pumpkin-colored hues of hers turned to look out her window and watch the clouds roll over the sky. The summer heat was finally going to find some relief, it seemed. By this fact she was delighted for the Queen loved rain. It brought life and brightness to the world when not everything could. It was simply amazing how something could stand out so starkly against the dark clouds. Perfect lightning was always created though she kept the soft light glowing in her living room. Within the pocket of her dress her phone was to give its familiar chirp of a text message. The contents of the message were a reminder of something she could admit shamefully that she had almost forgotten. The news of the day had occupied her mind far too much. She shot a quick text back saying that they were, in fact, on for tonight before heading to her room. Eyeing herself in her full-length mirror, she decided that she was not, in fact, looking any sort of presentable. Quickly she changed, a pair of high-waisted jean shorts slipping over her slim legs and buttoning just over her belly-button. Her white tank top came next, knotting at the bottom slightly above the waistline of her shorts. A small bit of stomach was revealed, but she decided it wasn’t too much. Connor wouldn’t mind, or she hoped that much.

Since their kiss Willow hadn’t had much time to think on her feelings for Connor or how far they really went. They rooted deep, the kisses they shared were obvious evidence of that. Now she looked herself in the eye against the reflective silver and wondered if she loved him. Willow was Willow, and she usually loved everyone… but Connor was different. It wasn’t the friendly love, the playful banter, or even the deep affection. It was every kind of care she could have for him that she never ever wanted to forget. So, did she love him? She still could never be sure until the moment came where she would just know. The Queen liked him a lot, it felt like her joy rocketed off to the moon every time they kissed. He’d always been there for her, the adorable best friends turn into a couple story. Though, she suspected it wouldn’t end in them deciding they were better friends simply because she knew they couldn’t just be friends anymore. Or, at least, without their lips finding each other like magnets. She realized she had been staring at herself in the mirror for far too long that, if she were a stranger, she would have been creeped out by herself. Hair and makeup, Willow, she thought. Let’s get it together girl. The usual red lipstick and darker eye-makeup were a necessity for she loved how it make her skin glow and her eyes pop. Black and orange for eye, somewhat a Halloween cliche though she found she enjoyed the holiday and found she didn’t mind. Her hair was the only thing she left alone, letting it do its wavy thing as she slightly fixed the side-sweep of her bangs across her forehead. Calico ears she called her own flicked around atop her head without a care and so she left them be as well. Her tail, a match in color patterning to her ears, swayed slightly behind her. The Queen’s eyes flicked to the clock on her wall as she waited. The closer it got to the time the harder her heart pounded in excitement.

Willow had known he had arrived even before the door was knocked upon or the bell was rung. She had been eagerly looking out her window for him and, hoping that wasn’t very creepy, jumped off her bead with a squeak as she rushed to her door. A few time she almost slipped on the carpet in a flail of limbs only to keep her balance like any natural Neko would. Though cats didn’t always land on their feet, they sure as hell could try. Her feet were encased in orange rain boots, yellow suns smiling all over the rubber. Childish, maybe, but also adorable in her opinion. Before opening the door she hesitated and wondered if Bruce would be okay until she figured he’d stay in his wetland area and love the rain anyways. There was no need to grab her umbrella -she knew he had one- before opening the door with one of her warmest smiles yet. In a few steps she had walked up and placed her arms around his waist, slightly standing on her toes to kiss his cheek before she let him go and lowered herself to her feet. Willow wished she could’ve hugged him longer, he was warmer than outside with it’s slight chill of oncoming rain. How quickly she found that she could get lost in those olive eyes of his, more importantly was the tug that wished nothing more than to pull her towards him and place her lips upon his. She knew she shouldn’t but she wanted to; it was an internal struggle she would simply just have to deal with. Holing her right elbow with her left hand she let her right arm dangle at her side, nervously looking at the ground and him occasionally. “Hey,” she said in a small and soft voice. Her ears betrayed her and flicked forwards towards him, standing at attention to what she was most focused on. Her tail curled around her leg, apparently it was nervous as well.

Life of the Party [Willow] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Life of the Party [Willow]   Life of the Party [Willow] Icon_minitimeFri Jul 18, 2014 1:55 pm

Connor's grin widened and his eyes seemed to glow slightly brighter by the opening of the door - the picture of beauty itself standing within it's own frame. Then his gaze lowered to the outfit she wore, blinking a couple times until reality was within his grasp again. Skin; so much of it was revealed. ...S-skin... A slight shade of blush rose to the corner of his cheeks. Like any other straight male, theoretically speaking, they would jump at the idea of a woman in such clothing, but the Brigadier knew his limit of control. He would not do anything of that sort under Willow's rule, that is if allowed, and even then, he feared the outcome. Besides, he wasn't ready for such events, or at least not now, he thought. Clearing his throat, he tried his best to keep a steady gaze on her eyes so that they would not travel. His hand gripped gently around the umbrella to keep from fidgeting in his place, only to then realize that for once he was not holding any thing special like a bouquet of flowers, or perhaps the mail she forgot to bring in earlier before the rain. Just the dark colored umbrella. When she went in for a hug, he stretched out his occupied hand and used his free one to embrace her. He took the advantage to quietly smell her hair, his eyes closing in the intense feeling it gave him before she released and stepped back. The black tail of his with the white ringed end flicked happily behind him until it wrapped safely around his leg. The gap between them felt cold, not like it was when she was close to his body, pressed to each other. It felt empty, almost, and he wanted her to hug him for hours; as long as he could feel her, in some way. A smile like no other was mirrored with hers upon his face, and peered to her in utmost admiration for who she was, what she did, and how she did things. Perfection at it's finest. "Hey, beautiful.," He said smoothly in return, stepping closer to divide the space and grab her gentle hands within his, raising them slowly so that he could plant a soft kiss upon her knuckles, "I've missed you..," He said in a risky, roguish tone, attempting to hide it with a boyish laugh. He had always wanted to say that to her; as he felt it every day he left her side to go home. When the hand fell back to her side, he leaned in and pressed his lips to hers, allowing his eyes to close until the feeling was needed to lean away. He fought every thing in his body to resist more pressure to their mouths, standing back collectively before turning to his side. Like the knight of a fine kingdom and raised correctly to his golden years of betrothal, Connor held out his arm neatly before her, allowing her to take it as she pleased so he could escort her to the car. He gave her a charming grin and slight wink - his confidence was beginning to build, and he knew it all too well, "May we?" The Brigadier asked politely.

As they walked to the dark, blood-colored 68 Impala, the Neko made sure to tuck his tail close to his body, as well as around Willow's so that they would not get wet, all the while holding the umbrella above them to block the pouring rain. He opened the door for her, standing out in the rain and hovering the umbrella above her head only until she got in before dashing around the car to save himself from being showered on. He jumped in and shivered, closing the umbrella and throwing it nonchalantly in the back without seeing what it hit into. Wiping his glasses clean, he noticed Willow and smiled nervously, quickly finishing it and putting them back on before starting the wind-shield wipers. When he was already strapped in and ready, the Brigadier waited patiently for her to put on her seat-belt before driving onto the open road. The gravel paths that made up the hillside were sloshed with giant puddles and mud to stick to the metal doors, but he did so much as mind that now since the Queen was in his presence. She seemed to make everything much better in perspective for him, and he liked that about her a lot, even if she weren't talking. Out of the corner of his olive hues, he looked to her hand and slid his warmly over hers, feeling the softness of her wrists and then her fingers that he slowly wedged between his. The ride stayed like this the entire trip, he let her speak, but never interrupted; only listened. It didn't matter what she was talking about, or what had become of such a subject - it was the thought that mattered most to him. He could listen to her day and night, if she allowed him to. There were times like these that would become stories someday for him to tell or pass on, and he wouldn't think twice in regretting them at all. It was a blessing alone to have his life's crush finally come to the following of returning his most precious first kiss. It's all he had ever wanted, and he knew now that death was acceptable, if it occurred, because he would die knowing he got to kiss the Queen of the Mora - the savior of his life - and the orange-eyed girl found in his dreams.

When they got there, Connor made sure to pull along side the road in front of the entrance so that she could get out. Before then, he pointed to the sign that said 'No Tails Allowed'. Relaxing a bit, he sat straight and retracted his tail back up into his spine, as well as hiding his ears into the skull beneath his hair. A small groan left his lips until he sighed it out and shook it off. He looked to her and squeezed her hand slightly before letting go. In exchange for his hand, he gave her money and got back out to reopen her door again, grabbing her hand to stand and lift her onto the sidewalk neatly so that her shoes would not get wet in the side puddle below. "Here's some money. I'll go park the car while you find us some good seats, sound good? Is there anything you want to eat?" He wondered, leaning in close as he curiously slid his hand over her waist, sneaking slight glances to passing strangers that looked into their direction. Jaw clenched, the tom cat eyed one man specifically from the rest that seemed to have a thirsty wondering gaze on his girl. A yewling hiss echoed through his throat and between his feline sharp teeth, causing Connor to protectively bring her closer to him until she answered. He mumbled something under his breath regarding her safety and wondered if it were best that he park the car with her, but simply shook his head and trusted her to be alone for a short while, "Stay away from any creeps, okay? Scream or call for me if there's any trouble." Holding her face gently, he kissed her forehead and secretively glared at the man across the way, "I'll be right back, I promise." He said honestly, rushing to get back into the car and pulling out to find a spot not far down the road to where most of the rest of the cars were resting.

Locking it up, Connor fixed his glasses and hair in the side mirror, then finishing to hurry back to the theater's entrance. The stranger was no where to be found when he returned, and the Neko could only hiss in silence before slowly getting inside. He wondered if the man had followed her in when he left. His hands made tight fists as he slowly sniffed the air for Willow's scent, she was alright, from what he could tell. Walking up to the counter, he looked to a scrawny, younger woman that was hosting the candies and popcorn. Her hair was a neon pink and she had bright crystal blue eyes, as well as a few piercings on her lip and nose. He found her to be an interesting character, and politely waved her over to assist him. He ordered a box of popcorn and a drink for his companion and him to share, as well as whatever else Willow asked for, and a box of sour gummy worms for him. As he grabbed the items, he tipped his head to the woman and she sort of brushed it off with a cute smile and turn to her head. His head tilted at the display, but didn't take much of thought to ramble his mind over; he had a date to attend. His eyes stayed peeled for the stranger still, sniffing the air every so often so he could reach the Queen's scent in a close range to a room marked as Insidious 2, which was the horror film they had been wanting to both see for a while now. When he walked inside, he noticed it was not very busy, but of only consisted three couples asides Willow and him. He looked for her casually, popping his head up before strolling down the aisle to where she sat. He plopped recklessly into the seat next to her, some of the popcorn tuffs flying over his shoulder in doing so with the weight of momentum dropped along with the gravity. Connor laughed and ate the pieces, setting them down in the cup holder and leaving the box of popcorn on his lap, so then she wouldn't have to hold it. "What do you want to talk about while we wait for the commercials to pass?" He asked, handing her her candies.

Life of the Party [Willow] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Life of the Party [Willow]   Life of the Party [Willow] Icon_minitimeSun Jul 20, 2014 11:16 pm

The blush her cheeks provided was a light dusting of the fairest rose upon porcelain skin, arriving simply at the words of her beauty. She allowed her hands to be taken and she smiled as his lips glance across her knuckles. So chivalrous was he. He was so charming she was sure he could’ve made even the finest of princesses swoon. The blush upon her cheeks only deepened as he spoke. His tone of his voice made her forget for a moment that he had said anything at all, and she had to quickly regroup from his attractive demeanor. “I’ve missed you too,” she said in a shaky tone; she was not completely recovered from her momentary hypnotization. Willow hadn’t been able to pinpoint what had been different about him until she looked towards his eyes. The Queen took a few seconds upon herself to admire how adorable he looked in glasses, amazed that he was one of very few who could pull such things off. Her heart fluttered in her chest as he came closer, a soft breath of excitement expelling from her as their lips touched. Closing her eyes, Willow lost herself in the blissful dark of their kiss. All too soon it was over, and yet she was still a bit weak in the knees from that simple touch alone. She pushed the instinct to claim his lips again down with a force she didn’t realize she possessed in the first place. The Brigadier -she guessed she could call him her boyfriend now- did things to her and her emotions that no one had ever had. In a childish way she wanted to lean against her doorframe and smile; it was something she had seen girls in movies do. Instead Connor offered his arm and she found herself taking it just to be close to him. She glanced up from her feet long enough to catch both his grin and wink, nearly swooning right then and there. Willow leaned more against his arm and would have rested her head upon his shoulder if not for their sudden coming to a lovely car. Charming and dashing, she found it to mirror its owner perfectly. The Queen herself was accustomed to walking everywhere; she never found need for a vehicle. She took a glance around to realize that it was, in fact, raining before she slid into the car. The leather was soft against her legs and a perfect comfort she sank into gladly. Albeit it wasn’t warm, but with the slight chill of the rain she wouldn’t expect it to be. The Queen smiled at Connor as he joined her in the Impala. Quickly she strapped herself in, the nylon material sliding over her yet comfortable all the same. As they were off she watched the outside world and all that it brought.

Willow was quite concerned about Connor’s doors, particularly because the car was so pretty. Dark sloshes of mud splashed themselves onto the sides as if they were attempting to drive through the ocean. She sincerely hoped it would not scratch or do any real damage at all, though she would pretty much demand to help clean it by the end of their date. The neko had to admit that the rain was beautiful. Droplets on her window glimmered and reflected everything the passed. Tiny images of buildings and people made her curious of how utterly small the world was for a rain drop. She could just make out a woman walking her dog, one of the lovely fluffed variety though she wasn’t attuned to exactly what breed. It was beautiful in a graceful way though she knew that, with one whiff of her, it would probably be chasing her all over town. Why on earth dogs enjoyed to chase cats, she hand’t a clue. Though they were lovely too look at, the canines unnerved her unless they held a human form beyond their animal flesh. Almost as if the creature knew she was thinking about it, the dog began barking in her direction. Even as they passed quickly in the car Willow’s tail fluffed up like a bottle-brush in an instinctively defensive nature. Placing the limb in her lap she began to stroke her own fur down to it’s natural unruffled position. Her ears came up from their pinned placing before she even noticed they had moved. Though mildly embarrassed, she knew Connor would understand. He always did and she admired this about him to calm herself as they pulled into the movie theatre parking-lot. To her surprise he didn’t stop in an open space, but rather in front of the theatre itself. She followed his lead and removed herself from the vehicle after hiding anything that would make her abnormal. Her fingers were squeezed in his but let go too soon to be replaced with money. Willow’s petite hand closed around the bills and nodded to what he told her to do. Little shivers tingled up her spine as his hand came around his waist, protective enough to cause her to look around.

It appeared that, no matter how much of a gentleman Connor could be, she was pleasantly informed that he wasn’t above claiming what was his. She’d watched men do this multiple times and was overjoyed that he would do so with her. Her harvest hues flicked back to him as he spoke while she nodded again. “No creepies, just food. Got it. As for the movie spot.. I’ll do my best. Don’t worry, you will be the first to know if I need help. Oh, and I want milk duds.” As his lips went to her forehead, hers went to his cheek to place the softest of kisses until he was gone. Alone, Willow skipped into the theatre a purchased both their tickets. It took long than she expected to have the ticket-taker hold Connor’s until he arrived, having to give a brief description of her date before she was allowed entrance. There were people milling around for no apparent reason. It appeared most of them were either waiting for their movie or lingering to talk after their movie. She couldn’t pick out any couples, though she could pick out the concession counter. With a happy smile she wiggled her fingers at the concession girl yet walked past the area altogether; Connor had said he would be getting the food anyways. After some light searching she found the movie she had been dying to see: Insidious 2. The Queen had a soft spot for horror flicks, and so far the first movie had been perfect for her. She almost squeaked in excitement until she realized that it would most likely disturb the people within the theatre as she stepped through the doors. Her eyes immediately adjusted to the low lighting; having traits of a feline were useful from time to time. Willow smiled and wiggled her fingers at the couples around her in a friendly manner before choosing a darker place a little off to the side of the middle. She had no clue as to whether they would be sneaking a kiss or two as she was sure the other couples were planning to do. All in all she’d rather remain hidden if that were to happen, though she was slightly hopeful it would. The smallest of smiles lit her face as she looked down at her hands in her lap and bit her lip, waiting for Connor to show.

When he did arrive, she was startled by the fact he could carry all the food by himself. He could have asked her for assistance if he came and found her. Quickly she stood and helped relieve him of his load, though he had already sat down and handed her the candy. She laughed and watched him eat some popcorn as she considered his question, popping a milk dud into her mouth before she spoke. “Um, well, I did find something in the files I’ve been looking at. I didn’t know how I missed it in all honesty, but I am now putting out a search for this person. Grey had a sibling, though the records were incomplete because of our escape. I assume he or she was still in testing, but all I gather is that there is another to add to our family. I’m honestly overjoyed to find this, though more so about the fact I’m spending time with you. Other than that there isn’t really a subject I could pull from the air that is very interesting. What about you, anything you’d like to talk about?” Willow found it easier every day to say he brother’s name, even more so now that she may have a connection to him. It lessened the pressure upon her shoulders, a metaphorical weight she had been carrying around for months. If Connor spoke she would be the one to nod along and smile, if not she would hold his hand in comfortable silence. Either way she found herself weaving her fingers through his on the armrest separating them. As the theater began to darken Willow scooted closer and rested her head upon his shoulder. She marveled at how comfortable around him she was, not being able to help thinking he was perfect. The moment he kissed her was a turning point to change her, a realization shock from what she had otherwise been in denial of. She remembered him even from the hazy times of darkness even if she hadn’t even known him then. Even at that time he’d been there for her and she took note of that in the moments they were together.

As the theatre darkened and the movie began, Willow did not move from her place at his side. Her thumb rubbed soft circles against his hand in an absent show of affection. A sudden noise nearly startled her, only to see that a girl accidentally had elbowed the hard armrest during her embrace with her date. Though it was in a darker corner she still saw as much and simply chose to ignore it despite the fact that the armrests could be lifted. She heard the suspenseful music and turned her eyes back to the screen with them open wide. It wasn’t hard to get lost in the horror of it all, even if it was just the beginning. Already she was nearly jumping out of her seat in excitement that she had picked a good one to watch. Occasionally she would glance up at her date, hoping her was enjoying the movie as much as she was in such a short time. Quietly her arm looped around his in a sort of hug while their hands remained connected. She had had no intentions on using him like a teddy bear, but not all things could be helped. Nonetheless she could find no one on the tip of her tongue that she’d rather be there with. Time to time she’d reach to take some popcorn, it eventually becoming handfuls along with a single milk dud to add to the combination. It was oddly delicious, like a caramel-coated popcorn ball. Willow smiled at the idea of the tasty treat and continued what she was doing.

Life of the Party [Willow] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Life of the Party [Willow]   Life of the Party [Willow] Icon_minitimeThu Jul 24, 2014 2:32 am

Connor swallowed hard on the last bit of popcorn piece found on his shirt at the remembrance of the first-born Mora, his own shocked emotions staying behind the veil of his calm demeanor as he secretly fought the urge to choke towards how the Queen herself was not phased as easily as before. He then realize of how far they've come and how much stronger she really was; but he kept a close eye out for her, knew her weakness left and right, though never took the account of explaining them aloud. It was none of his business, they all had their fears and topics to bring them down, however, this was something worth while to his close friend - something positive relating to the first Inu; he had blood and unknown bonds that had not yet been brought up till this time. He was pleased to see at how interested she was in finding this man or woman with the same natural ties to one of the most important people amongst his girlfriend's life. For this, Connor held a great respect and knew to offer as much of his time as possible to help in search for this potential Mora that could lead to more of his Queen's happiness, "That's great to hear, actually-," He commented before she continued, then looking up with a gaze that told her internally that he had a request. He figured it wouldn't be a big deal, but he also knew the outcomes of being wrong as well. "Um.. I was wondering, Willow, if you wouldn't mind me looking into my old files.. I would like to know what happened to my mom and my foster mother after the event... along with my brothers.. They were in that lab too, or most of them, I think.. but it would mean a lot to know where they are." He really could not think of another time worth asking other than this, as it was important to him, and since they were discussing such things personally amongst one another, why not see and take a risk, he thought to himself before looking up. The Queen spoke of liking being with him, this made him smile quietly behind his usual glistening bright olive spheres. "Dear Willow, it'd be the greatest honor to serve as your humble companion this lovely evening. You must'n't speak of this anymore; my only priorities are you and you alone." The Brigadier stopped himself short of what else he wished to say, hiding it with a smile like as if he were finished before the lights dimmed. ...Because you are my world and everything that revolves around it... His voice was playfully exaggerated, and even for being two young immortals of the technology evolved world today, he still had books of the Medieval language stored secretly at the back of his mind from his days of school. This would probably be the only reason he'd ever had to use it, and that would be just fine with him.

As the film began to roll and the couples started to move in closer, a light tone of blush rose to his cheeks upon how close Willow was getting to him. He could practically smell her sweet scent lingering around him, along with her chest pressing to his upper arm. Connor awkwardly sat still until she found herself comfortably clung to his side, then slowly reaching over to lift the armrest up so that the two seats would form a couch for them to share. When he was relaxed enough, he leaned back and stretched out his legs in front of him. He didn't pay so much attention to the movie as he would've wanted, but instead laid his eyes over to where their fingers locked over his lap's side. The Neko took in small glances of the large screen before them, however was also too occupied in watching her fingers rotate gently into the soft part of his hand between his index finger and thumb. There was a portion of his mind that felt tired, and wanted to blissfully fall asleep right then and there, as well as purr obnoxiously while nuzzling into the dark strands of his Queen's hair before falling into a wonderful dream. But that part was soon shattered at the feminine scream of one of the individuals behind them. Connor cringed at the noise, stiffening every muscle in his upper torso as he closed his eyes and eventually softened in place while fidgeting nearer to his date's side. His head turned to see that it wasn't a female at all that which owned the noise, but a frightened man huddling closer to his petite sized partner with a pale look on his face. The cat-shifter felt some sympathy for the man, but was soon lost as he received a non-needed angry glance from the screamer. He only rolled his dark green eyes and turned back to the rapidly moving scream of a woman searching the house for some piece of evidence that the spirit was after her.

When he looked down into the popcorn while in mid-reach for a handful, he paused and widened his eyes to see that it was almost half-empty. Where had it all gone, it was just here, wasn't it? It was then that the Queen dove for another large amount of the light cream colored tufts of yummy buttery goodness, shoving it into her mouth in one hit, which kind of impressed him a bit. He started to wonder where it all went; she had already eaten half of the box and it appeared to him that it vanished when placed inside her. She remained small in her own perfect way, gaining nothing, but filling an appetite caused by the anticipation of the movie. Since she was too distracted to look, Connor held in a laugh as he slowly took the box away and reached it far into the seat two positions down from where he sat to see if she'd notice. If she did, he'd only let out the laugh he was holding back and probably tease her about it until pecking her cheek or something to get her mind off how embarrassing it might be to her. He had also noticed that she was throwing in a couple milk-duds into her mouth, though he didn't know how much longer that would last until they were gone a third into the movie. He waited her response, quickly taking out one of his sour gummy worms that pigmented the mix of two colors green and orange. These were his lesser favorites than the rest, but he was able to wash it down with the lemonade he got for them to share, only to reach in for another inside the thin candy box. Luckily, he found the one worm treat he was looking for - the red and blue matched one - popping it into his mouth and then retrieving another just like it. As an idea sparked his attention, he wondered if Willow would try to ask for the popcorn back, and if she were going to, he'd have a single condition of a kiss with a bit of a risky twist. The Brigadier was not completely sure if it would work, but he also wanted to try new things and find interesting outcomes - and her reaction was worth the most to him.

Life of the Party [Willow] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Life of the Party [Willow]   Life of the Party [Willow] Icon_minitimeTue Jul 29, 2014 1:00 am

She wasn’t the first to realize that the popcorn had gone missing, but she was the first to know that she noticed. If it were allowed her ears would have perked in the curiosity of why, in fact, it had been taken from her hand. Initially she’d thought she’d missed the bucket; a few more reaches of the hand proved that wrong. The tasty morsels wouldn’t just disappear by themselves. With a tilt of her head she retraced where she had seen it on Connor’s lap. When he’d asked his questions about seeing the files she had, indeed, gave him a yes for an answer. Her sympathy for wanting to find his siblings only grew stronger in their relationship as well as her new findings. It would be lovely to meet others so important to his life if he were to find them. She focused on Connor’s lap in that memory, searching. The popcorn was there then, she’d seen it herself. It appeared that every moment until that one held buttery deliciousness. For a moment Willow’s harvest hues peeked up at Connor in question only to find his eyes trained on the movie. When it had dawned on her to look around, she found it sitting a few seats over. As if it had gotten a pair of legs and walked, it appeared the popcorn had claimed a seat and was watching the movie itself. Somewhere in her mind she formed the joke of it having a hot date with a nacho box, causing her to almost choke in her amusement of herself. Startled gasps disrupted her thinking into a finely tuned attention to the screen, seeing that the mother was right and the creature was, in fact, with them. It wasn’t much of a shock to her really; this was a supernatural horror movie trademark. Like thoughtless creatures, the characters were blindly ignorant to the fact that the spirit haunted the inhabitants and not the house. The Queen’s eyes drifted to a girl who looked quite like herself; tattoos, dark makeup, but a blonde pixie cut she was sure she could never pull off. The blonde girl seemed to hide in her date’s shoulder though it was obvious she was immune to the movie’s “horrors”. Willow raised an eyebrow quizzically and decided it was probably annoying for her date before turning her eyes back to the screen.

The Queen found her mind focusing on the screen even as she went back to considering Connor’s question. His brothers, she knew he’d told her about them at one point. Secretly she had already read Connor’s file, but only the parts about him. She’d done it a while ago when she was first seeing him again though she never thought about it much. Willow knew that if what he was looking for came from the labs, it would be a completely different file. She made a mental note to group all she could find having to do with him and add it to his file alone. For a fleeting moment she wished that there was a file for her brother’s sibling, but the poor thing was too new to even have a piece of paper to their name. Willow silently cursed the digital reports she could not gather and realized that she was on her last milk dud and not even that far in the movie. She always did that, but she wanted to save her last one for a handful of popcorn. Asking for it seemed like a horrid idea to her; she’d hate to disturb Connor. Instead she willed it to come to her with a glance and knowing full well that it wouldn’t work. Sadly, the scientists hadn’t bothered to give her telekinesis even though it might’ve been a handy tool in any situation. Willow silently slid her arm across Connor’s waist as if she were hugging him, her hand outstretched for the tub way out of her reach. With a huff she let her arm relax and eyed the screen whilst sipping the lemonade that had nearly gone untouched. It was the perfect amount of ice and citrus to ease her taste buds, but not her challenge of having her popcorn. With a sigh of defeat she poked her date’s side gently until his attention was given. She gazed into his lovely eyes for a few moments before asking, “May I have the popcorn please Connor? I can’t seem to reach it.”

Playfulness as she was seeing now demanded the attention to not go unnoticed. For a few moments the Queen was confused, a suspicion slowly rising in her mind. Had he taken the popcorn from her? Willow wondered if she’d been eating too much and that was why he was amused, or if it was that she was just asking now. Regardless of anything she was curious but not curious enough to ask herself. She’d never recalled him moving, but then again she had been entranced with his bicep.. Willow found her eyes traveling over him to the arm she was clutching before she stopped herself. The Queen blushed in embarrassment of thinking of him as she was but was happy to know he couldn’t see it in the dark. She looked back to the girl with the pixie cut, finding that she and her date had been lost in each others’ mouths for a few long minutes. Apparently her date wasn’t as annoyed with her as Willow suspected him to be, but really she couldn’t find anything more humorous than the irony of all this. Of all the movies couples could pick to hide out, it had to be this one. They didn’t even care about what they should have been watching. Except, of course, for the guy wailing like a girl in the back. She was quite sure that his date had already moved on to the lonely guy in the corner. He’d probably bring his teddy bear next time and honestly, she didn’t blame him. Her own stuffed animals had gotten her through some pretty scary times. Connor was her stuffed animal now she supposed, he was her boyfriend. From what she’d seen boyfriends were supposed to be teddy bears as well as knights in shining armor. Though she could deal without the armer, it would be kind of hard to hug a suit of metal. Willow had almost forgotten that she’d even asked him a question but looked up at him expectantly, hoping the popcorn would appear back onto his lap.

Life of the Party [Willow] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Life of the Party [Willow]   Life of the Party [Willow] Icon_minitimeWed Aug 06, 2014 3:28 am

He loved the look on her milky colored face. It was perfectly shaped to match a Siamese's apple-formed head as a base, but the loose, auburn strands falling from her head that weren't safely tucked behind her ear enough to stay made the prefect frame for her eyes. She never messed up her make up, and even if she did, Connor wouldn't notice. She didn't need it, but it wasn't his space to tell her what she does and doesn't need. Either way, she was beautiful in every light - every shade. Each and every one of the muscles found in his limbs tightened at the expression she made when glancing to him with a slight curiosity and a bit of plead. A puppish face, but more of a kitten, considering the circumstances. Her eyes were more glossed and begging than they normally were, and he couldn't help but to hold his breath from giving in to her power. ..She's so cute.. just give it back.. His heart told him, but his mind had an idea of it's own. Shaking his head, he silently refused to hand it to her, also denying her request as well with that. This made his heart chip a sliver off it's surface, and his brain to turn on, which was or could be a dangerous thing. Many great, intelligent things and choices have come from his instincts and thought-process, but so have a lot of bad choices which he'll never get back. In some ways, he regrets them, however once the aftermath was through and his life was finally coming to a settling point, those memories have become quite relieving to have on his shoulders. And hopefully they'll come to be great stories in the future time. He didn't know exactly how to hide the worm other than under his tongue, which he tried. His lips pursed together shut until he had arranged a spot for where it could be hidden from the Queen's sight. Holding it there with his tongue, he made the efforts of speaking normally and opening his mouth wide enough to see to what appeared to be nothing inside but the saliva dripping from the insides of his cheeks, throat and tongue, as well as what lines the walls among that area. Not a sour gummy worm in sight, he hoped she'd think so that she wouldn't think anything was going on. "Do you want it that bad?" He asked her simply before leaning closer to her in their seat they've made into a couch now with the armrest no longer between them to keep them divided.

Connor waited for her to answer until flitting his eyes back and forth between hers and the rip of the almost empty popcorn box two seats down. His eyebrows raised slowly when they reached back to Willow's, the same question still on his mind until she either nodded or reacted aloud to him in return. "You can have it as long as you give me a kiss. Not a peck, a kiss. Only on the lips." As he said this, his arm around his companion tightened and brought her closer until their thighs were practically almost over-lapped with one another. He liked the warmth within that type of body-part for some reason against him, as did the rest of her pressed among his one side, and perhaps all of it if she were in the correct position - much like when she'd hug him. When he'd hope she'd take it into consideration and go in for the kiss, Connor would know now to be ready. If this would've been done their first time, every feeling would've been lost. He'd of chickened out or done something to screw it up. Now that they've had a share of small kisses and large amounts of undivided attention and shared affections, he thought of himself to get the hang of it a lot quicker than he thought. He always was great at learning quickly, but nothing like that. Maybe it was because of how comfortable he was around her that made it different. He looked to her vigilantly and then slowly closed his eyes so that her face was no longer within his view. When lips touched, he put a slight amount of pressure towards hers in particularly, holding a groan so she wouldn't be alarmed by his sudden-ness and take it slowly by the second. His other hand reached for her hip while the other kept tightly around her back, pulling her into him and closer to the same pressure put on their lips. His eyes fought to flutter open, only to soon be sealed back shut as serenity filled his insides. The blood returned to his head again, and so did the oxygen to his lungs. Slowly he pried open his lips, hoping they'd guide hers to do the same, like the reflection of a mirror. One body part would move, and so would it's reflected image across from it at the same rate into the exact position. He could feel her breath, the taste of salt from the popcorn as well as the chocolatey residue found melted over the little candies of hers. It was a great mix, though soon it would be welcomed with something more. Carefully he slipped his tongue against her bottom lip until it was grazing the top of her teeth and soon her tongue as well. He was sure that he had not entered correctly with the teeth and all, but it was his first time trying. The thought was what mattered most. The sour gummy treat shifted out from under his tongue and now rested between their entwined mouths. He stopped short of the sudden loss of breath and softly gasped to find that when slowly moving away. His lips brushed just over hers, almost touching, but not enough to disturb them. Was it wrong of him to want more, he thought with a greedy, goofy smile. He dropped his head in disbelief to his actions until his nose was just grazing the length of her neck. Connor wanted to nuzzle into it until he had fallen fast asleep, but he held himself long enough to think of what he wanted to do next. Lifting his head slightly, he leaned in and breathed just short of the outline surrounding her right ear.

In a low, husky and mellow tone, he whispered, "I love you."

Life of the Party [Willow] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Life of the Party [Willow]   Life of the Party [Willow] Icon_minitimeSat Aug 16, 2014 12:55 am

Willow nodded an affirmative to his question as to whether she wanted the popcorn that badly. She was hungry for no other reason than her nervousness being on an all time high. The Queen picked up on the tensions in the room and could practically smell them, the one between she and Connor was no different. Despite the fact that she thought the setting was quite cheesy she really wanted to kiss him. He had a quiet way of kissing her and calmed her and allowed her to float into an oblivion that was beyond peaceful. She had yet to feel his lips burn against her own and to feel his heart race beneath her hand as they tangled in an embrace, but she wanted to feel that. Over her times with Connor she could only remember the good, as if they were close friends as children. He’d be the one to replace all the darker stickers on her folders with bright and sparkling ones, lighting her life as he did now. She felt as if things could beat her to her very core and he would allow her to hold onto him until she recovered. Willow couldn’t describe the feeling but knew that she wasn’t going to say anything but yes when he asked for that kiss. Having never been the one to kiss him first, she was quizzical as to how she would go about it. As prepared as she was to do it herself she was glad when Connor brought her closer. Unless she wished to nuzzle into his neck her head would have to come back and come face to face with him. As if on instinct her hand went behind his head and threaded her fingers into his lusciously dark hair. Her other hand moved to be placed on his chest, clutching his shirt in her fist as lifted herself and brought his mouth down onto hers. To her he tasted like sunlight and happiness, though a bit of a candy sour when it was to be expected. She was delighted to find his lips warm an welcoming against hers as she melted against him. If she had not been sitting, Willow was sure her knees would have gone weak as their kiss progressed. She felt so safe in his hands yet so strong as if she was the one to prop him up. Ever so slowly her eyes fluttered shut and she allowed herself to kiss him and feel as if she were drifting on nothing but a cloud. Maybe she was that cloud, but she didn’t really know or particularly care as her thigh slid over to rest atop his and become closer to him than she was before. Her body was not her own as her lips parted to welcome his tongue in their own volition. Willow shuddered and released the shirt that been crumpled in her fist to lay her palm smoothly across his chest. Her heart stuttered and she tasted him in a way she hadn’t before as she was sure he was tasting her. The touching of their tongues seemed odd to her but what was she to know; this was her first kiss of this intensity, after all. The Queen almost jumped in surprise as she found he’d moved a sour gummy between their mouths, though she took it between her teeth after his tongue had gone and their lips just brushed so she could chew. Happily she smiled and tightened her fingers in his hair but made she she wouldn’t be hurting him.

“I love you.”

Though her head was tilted back she shivered as his head dropped and his nose grazed over her neck. Tenderly she held him close and rested her cheek upon him. Their romantic moment could have been plenty preparation, but nothing could prepare her for what he said. Three little words, and yet they were enough to make her freeze in shock and come to realization all at once. Never before had she felt in such a way for another person, but did she love him back? Thinking about what she had before pushed her in the direction that she believed so, even wanted to love him so very badly. They were safe and they were alright and she could allow herself to love another person as she hadn't been able to ever before. The more she thought about his words the more she saw every sign pointing to ‘yes’. The brightest of smiles crossed her porcelain features as she brought her head down to look him in the eyes. One of her hands held his cheek, stroking across his soft skin with the pad of her thumb as she gazed upon the olive hues she admired oh so much. At one point she thought she would cry in happiness trying to get the words out, but she found they flowed from her mouth as naturally as water. “I love you too,” she said, a huge weight lifting from her chest as she spoke the emotion she had lost sight of seeing all along. Her eyes lowered, her lashes casting shadows over her cheekbones as she touched her forehead to his and kept her hand upon his cheek. Her smile was so radiant it could’ve flown brighter than the heavens, and yet her small tears of happiness began to flow. Slightly she nodded and kissed his lips quickly, laughing as she said it again. “I love you too.”

Life of the Party [Willow] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Life of the Party [Willow]   Life of the Party [Willow] Icon_minitimeFri Oct 03, 2014 8:43 pm

[ How's that for a confession? (/u\) heh ]

Connor's words were shortly returned with the same feelings. The four little words that trickled from her tongue were no less than a huge weight which lifted off his shoulders and flew into the oblivion. He had no idea as to where this pressure came from, or where it now traveled off into the non-existent, be in hind-sight, he no longer cared. Chain by broken chain, did they loosen and soon fall from his frame. He exhaled shakily, the nerves in his hands trembling strangely while the thoughts in his head whirled as if he had been drinking energy drinks only an hour before arriving to the theater. His olive eyes had now phased to their best, lit only a flame through what she returned. It was all he could ever ask for was her love, and now he held it, delicately as it was as fragile as fine china. As Willow cupped his cheek with her soft, pale hands, and began to laugh away the tears of joy, the Brigadier did nothing more but the same, only this time he took both sides of her delicate features and placed a firm kiss upon her heart-shaped lips of perfection. Nothing of it was sexual or hormonal, but the ideas in his mind told him it was all regulated; this kiss would be the most intimate thus far for them to share, and he only wished to share it with her. As he pulled back slightly, his lips brushed to hers in a gentle dance of hovering mouths. The three words mumbled over his lips repetitively, almost to the point where nothing would come out but the sound of his hesitant breathing. His mind had fogged all the way to the point that he could no longer contain his self. Within the blink of an eye, he exhaled and his cat-like ears and tail sprung from the skin of his body. This took back only a few couples, perhaps the mortals, or maybe even a few immortals to say the least that they may or may of not thought that someone would have the nerve to show their tails. The end of his tail flicked wildly as he rubbed his nose against hers, chuckling madly for the sake of his own that he had been given the best news ever since the time of their escape. Just as he was about to purr to his loudest into her neck, which would most likely disrupt the move, he was tapped on the shoulder by a strange force behind him.

The Neko turned to look at the figure, only to be blinded with a beam of light right in his face. He hissed, and shielded the light from his eyes until he could make out the identity of the other. It was an employee, one whom held a belt of various small weapons such as a tazor, pepper spray and a weird device humans referred to as walkie-talkies, he also had a spar set of keys jingling in his left pocket. Connor's curiosity sparked just a tad. "I've been reported with complaints of a certain mutt disturbing the peace," The man spat, glaring at the tom cat-shifter through baggy, crystal blue eyes. He smelt like he was born in a barn, and the greasiness to his hair proved a strong point to that theory. As he was speaking, the Brigadier carefully took Willow and slid her from his lap so that he could stand. He was fortunately taller than the employee, but the mortal didn't stutter, and held his ground wisely against the Mora male. He didn't know of the Queen's feelings towards humans calling their kind such things, but he presumed she too would be upset, just as much as he was. Connor flashed his small fangs and howled a threatening mewl as he came face to face with the man, "You know what, mortal?" The Brigader said, thumping a hard poke to the man's right shoulder, sending him back a step. "I frankly don't give a shit what you want to call me, or if I'm currently disturbing the peace, you know why?" He asked rhetorically, catching the eyes of many as they were too innocently focused on the argument rather than the film before them. The man looked at him and fumbled to answer, "Why.." This made Connor smile sinisterly and spread out his arms to emphasize his feelings towards his answer, "Because I just found out the woman I've had a crush on for over fifty years loves me. Loves me, ya'hear? Now... I don't know about you boring, pesky mortals, but that sure is a long ass time for an individual of any race to be in love with someone, don't ya think?" He smacked his hands, creating the sound which resembled a crack of thunder, meanwhile a scare had spontaneously popped up as his palms met. The coincidence made the man jump and struggle as he reached back for his tazor. Connor looked at him with a dumb expression and rolled his eyes, "Save it." Just as he was about to sit back down and resume to his date's side with his usual smile, he was gripped by the shoulder of another man's hand. Sending him back a glare, he was soon returned with someone larger than both him and the first employee. He quickly tapped Willow on the wrist to stand up and get out before things turned ugly.

The next thing he knew, he was being dragged out of the theater by his collar like a mangy pet that had whizzed on the floor or chewed the couch apart. He hated this feeling - loathed it even. He was lucky enough to throw the first swing at the smaller employee before he was taken roughly by the security guard and thrown outside. Connor balanced onto his feet before he could fall into onto the side-walk before people in line, or even worse, the road. On his feet, he brushed off his clothes and began to look for Willow. His first thought was that she may of used the restroom, but he didn't take the chance of going back inside since the wrangler was stranding at the doorways. "Willow?" He called out, looking left and right as he made his way to the car. As he walked, the thought of the situation began to worsen his mood. He had ruined the evening for them, and even worse, he was afraid he would not be forgiven for what he did. The black and white tail attached to his lower spine hung low against the ground as he moved into the dark parking lot. "My queen...?" He whined quietly, hoping she'd pop out from somewhere to relieve his worries.

Life of the Party [Willow] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Life of the Party [Willow]   Life of the Party [Willow] Icon_minitimeMon Oct 27, 2014 6:50 pm

Happiness wasn’t a hard thing to touch with him by her side, she had found this a while ago. It now rested in her heart and decided to stay awhile. The largest of smile spread across her lips as her forehead touched to his. She watched as something changed in his eyes and a kiss was placed upon her mouth. Willow kissed back with every ounce of affection she could manifest at the moment. “I love you too Connor, I love you too.” Willow laughed as he seemed to be on repeat, saying the same things over and over again. The queen bit her lip and placed a finger over his lips, hushing him. “I’m yours and I love you, you’ll have plenty of time to say it.” She felt like she was flying in that way girls do with their first love. He was her everything really, she had known that for a while as well. Willow had gone through even the girliest of fantasies, thinking about if Connor were Superman. To her he was in a metaphorical way. It’d been him, it’d always been him. As his lips hovered over hers she smiled again, about to pull him in for another kiss when she heard it. It was the slightest of sounds but even with her eyes closed she’d known what’d he had done. In an instant her heart grew cold and she pulled away, her veins ice for she knew it was a matter of time. Maybe public wasn’t the best place for them to proclaim their feelings. Among the masses they were very, very unwelcome. Willow’s body grew rigid and she opened her mouth to tell Connor to put away his extra appendages. Too late she decided to speak and saw the burly guard come into their theatre. True to her expectations a beam of light flashed upon their faces and she cringed away, putting her hands up to block the harsh illumination. Mutts, yes, they were always called that. Abominations to society that needed to die to cover up human mistakes. They were a mistake. The world supposedly knew it. They were given nothing when they had given everything right down to their very lives. Within her mouth Willow could feel her feline teeth and she was suddenly angry. Immediately the emotion was removed when Connor, bless his heart, stood up to the man in question. Her heart nearly stopped as he spoke, but she did not stop him.

Everything happened fast after that but all she knew was that Connor was no longer at her side. In fact, he wasn’t even in the same room anymore. She’d seen the employee drag him off like a rag doll. Willow gulped in air and hunched onto the floor, attempting to crawl through the isles and to the door when a pair of hands grabbed her shoulders and hauled her up. With her a hiss her tail and ears sprang free, showing the human that held her the abomination she was. “You little bitch, thinking you could get out of here without me catchin’ ya! I knew there were two of ya here!” Twisting and scratching, Willow tried to free herself from the human’s grasp. The guard had her by the back of the neck, his large fingers curling into her throat. She gasped and was tempted to shift, but like this he would have her by her scruff. Willow refused to let tears come as she was dragged from the theatre much like Connor. Oh, she hoped he was okay. The front entrance neared and she expected him to drop her outside, but she was surprised when the guard veered and dragged her out to the back. The door banged open and he threw her, causing the Queen to hit the wall with a sickening crack. Her head whipped back as she landed in the dumpster, her heart pounding. She’d fully expected him to beat her, but her surprise was masked by the screaming pain in her wrist. Suddenly Willow knew her jaw would be bruised and that her wrist was broken. Inch by inch she climbed from the dumpster and walked to the front of the theatre. She cradled her wrist the entire way and tried to gain sight of Connor as she reached the parking lot. A familiar dark head of hair shown out amongst the night and she moved towards him slowly, tears beginning to roll down her face. She was bedraggled and smelled like, well, a dumpster. Willow released her wrist and cried out in pain, watching it hang there at the oddest of angles. Her voice was hoarse coming out as she came up behind him.

“Connor.. It hurts,” Willow mumbled absently before tripping over a piece of loose gravel, dropping her wrist and gasping in pain. For a moment she saw stars as she gripped what she could of Connor’s shirt to keep herself upright. “The guard.. He came back and he grabbed me like he did you but he threw me in the dumpster out back and I hit a wall and I’m so so so sorry! I was so worried about you. I thought they had taken you and beat you somewhere but I didn’t mean for this to happen and I love you.” Tears were streaming down her cheeks as she hiccuped and lost her composure. That’d be twice now she had cried in front of him when she had promised she would not. The previous time it had been out of sadness, but now she shed her tears due to frustration. Again her mascara was smudged around her eyes but it was the first time the Queen had ever felt so close to screaming. The warm drip of something touched her eyebrow and she lifted her good hand to her head, finding a cut on her hairline where her face had met the brick. The queen eyed the theatre and was tempted to return only to leave her claw patterns all over the guard. Unfortunately she knew that if she did her fate would be met with worse than the current damage. Ignoring her own pain, Willow began to check Connor over from head to toe. “Are you alright? Did he hurt you?” She asked, her voice filled to the brim with concern.

Life of the Party [Willow] Empty

And the voice reappeared, troubled with fear and pain, yet it's gentleness and sweet soft tone brought him mentally to his knees as he turned and looked towards the source he had been begging to see within the dark. There - stumbling towards him in need of help, lie the fair maiden, his majesty in dire pain and agony as she made her way to him, only for him to rush quickly over half way without allowing his mind to hesitate no further. His eyes widened in a small panic, taking her carefully against him as he pulled her to the car whilst looking at the wrist she tried so helplessly to hold as it seemed to give her the most trouble. "Willow, are you alright?" Of course she wasn't, she was hurt, and seemed to be in a large amount of pain, which was only masked by her concern for him. He seemed foolish with asking such a question, but thinking straight wasn't much of an option during these type of situations. He had seen her hurt many times back when, and he had promised himself that he would never see her like that again as long as he was at her side. With this, the Brigaider felt ashamed of himself, but said nothing of that as he aided her to the front seat, opening the door wide enough so that he could stand in front of her a she sat down. "Shh.. It's okay, it's all fine. We aren't going back there ever again, I promise. It's my fault for letting my feelings get ahead of me, my actions are not to be tolerate and I owe you my dearest apologizes, Willow. Do not blame this entirely on yourself.." Kneeling down, the single portion to his pants became damp from the concrete parking lot floor, but he did not mind. He took her damaged hand and examined it slowly with worried, concerning expression. Connor then looked up into her eyes, using her none injured hand for something to hold as he tried to sooth her, "I love you too, Willow. It's okay.." His voice was soft, yet rough as it's masculinity provided a rasper tone to it. The Neko could only try to hide the rage boiling inside his stomach, the anger which was only made due to the guard's lack of care with his Queen. Such humans, none were ever good to this kind, and he hated it about himself that he could not protect her. This would never happen again, he heard his thoughts whisper back and forth, reminding him of it over and over.

He kissed her cheek, only to realize the velvet red liquid coming from her hairline down along side her opposing temple. It gave a large contrast between the pale completion of her skin and the dark, enriching color of her blood against one another. He pulled some of her hair gently behind her ear and slowly got up to pop the trunk of his car, fetching a lucky first aid kit hidden beneath some horse riding supplies and a duffle bag of spare clothes and blankets if he were to break down during the harsh winters. He grabbed some disinfecting agents that would spare them some time before they got back to the kingdom, as well as a bandaging wrap and a couple butterfly stitch bandages for her forehead. Returning to her side after closing the back end, he began to fix her up as best he could, as well as clean the blood of the side of her face. He smiled at her once he was finished, putting the supplies back and throwing it in the backseat. "Let's go home, okay?" Connor closed her door and got into the driver's spot, glancing over to her as he slowly held out his hand. "We will check our head and wrist out at the emergency room tomorrow morning, for now, let's see what we can do with the Alchemists in the kingdom." He said, backing the car out of the place and accelerating back onto the streets on the roads leading back home.
